I've often said, when you find yourself on a vicious cycle, stop peddling. So the first step in easy weight loss is, don't put it on in the first place. Intention:
The
first of every month at noon (US Pacific), we
encourage you to take a quiet moment to link your
intention with people around the world. This month,
our intention is to amplify the light of awareness
in the world. A deeper meaning of the "season
of light" involve the light of consciousness,
patiently expanding the breadth and depth of our
awareness through the darkness of unconsciousness.
This season of diminished light offers good practice
for us to amplify our own awareness, regardless
of outer circumstances.

Action:
This month, we encourage you to
find one person who has been in a darker mood
and amplify the light in their lives through your
loving presence.

Question for Reflection:
What if your primary
purpose here on earth is to amplify the luminosity
of your consciousness, and the rest of your activities
serve merely as the training ground?
